Everything you need to know about Pre-Orders.

About Pre-Order

The product price shown on the start page and in the category pages etc. is only the preorder fee of 20%, so make sure to click on the product to see its full value, otherwise you will get an unpleasant surprise when the product is in stock...

Why Pre-Order?

Despite increasing demand, the number of Japanese collectibles exported to Europe is very small compared to the number sold in Asia. The modest supply has led to a pre-order market that resembles a war zone. That you do not pre-order today is gone tomorrow. In the best of worlds, we would pre-order as much as possible of all products to ensure that everyone has a chance to take part in the full product range, but now we only live in a half good world so we had to settle for a half-hearted compromise, which is the choice to pre-order.

How it works

When you find a product you would like to preorder, you can either choose to only pay the pre-order fee in advance (which is 20% of the product value) or the entire amount immediately. The full price also includes a pre-order fee of 20%. This is a fee we charge to order the goods just for you so it is non-refundable after we have reserved your goods. Note that this payment, regardless if you selected 20% or 100%, will be debited after completing the preorder, not when you get the product. This also applies even if you have chosen Klarna Invoice as payment method.

If unlucky and the item has already been sold out (yes it can happen even to pre-orders) before we have placed the order, we will refund you in full. In individual cases, our supplier may also receive a smaller number from the factory than they ordered and therefore be unable to deliver one hundred percent. Should this then affect your order, we will notify you and refund the pre-order fee in full.

When we have received the product, we will contact you again, and if you have chosen to only pay the preorder fee in advance, you will then receive a payment request for the remaining 80% which you can pay with Swish or PayPal. You have 10 days to complete the payment, otherwise we will cancel the purchase. Please note that we do not refund the preorder fee if you were not to complete the purchase.

If you regret your pre-order

If you were to regret your preorder, we do not refund the preorder fee of 20% since this is the fee we charge to order the item just for you. The pre-order fee is also included in the full amount if you choose to pay 100% immediately. You do have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you have received the product, so should you regret the purchase within that time and return the product to us unopened and undamaged, we can refund 80% of the product value. Pack the product properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. We are not responsible for shipping and return shipping.

The early bird gets the figure

As we are still a small company, we pre-order only a few of selected product to our own warehouse. Therefore, we recommend making pre-orders and not wait until we have the item in stock, so that we can guarantee that you receive one.

When it comes to insufficient delivery of pre-ordered goods from our suppliers, first come, first served applies. Of course, we do not want to deny anyone their order, but since demand is high, there is a risk. We will notify you in such cases as soon as we get the word from the supplier and refund your entire pre-order fee.

From Prelaunch to Release date

On the Japanese market, the norm is that the products must be reserved around four months in advance for the distributor to be certain of receiving the desired amount. It takes an additional 2-3 months from the time the product has been released in Japan until it is available on the international market. This means that as a distributor in Europe you have to pre-order the goods six months before they are available here. And believe it or not, even then the popular products are fully booked in the bat of an eye, so it is important to be out in good time to get an item that you want!

If the release date of an item you have pre-ordered were to be postponed by the manufacturer to the extent that you no longer want the product, contact us and we will talk to our supplier to see if we can cancel the order.

What applies?

Stock items and pre-order products in the same order: (Applies within Sweden) We prefer that you refrain from combining in-stock items and preorder items in the same order. Likewise, if you place an order containing multiple preorder products, see so that the release dates are within 3 months of each other so that we can ship them together. We do not have warehouse capacity to keep goods for customers for more than three months. If you still place an order with longer a ETA gaps than three months, we must divide the order into several shipments, we charge one extra shipping fee for each separate shipment.

If you live outside Sweden: If you place an order with several products that include both in stock items and preorder items, we have as a routine that we ship everything together when the last preorder product arrives. We cannot keep goods for customers more than 3 months so if the goods are expected to arrive with more than 3 months intervals, we will charge the customer one freight fee per each separate shipment.

Combine already placed orders: If you have placed several different orders and wish to combine them - write to us and state your order numbers and that you want them shipped together, and we will arrange it.

Fully booked item: If we notice that the item you ordered has been fully booked and can no longer be ordered from our suppliers, we will of course refund the entire amount immediately. Sometimes an item is only open for pre-order for a few weeks, but we do not have the capacity to constantly double check the status of all our pre-order products, so there is a risk that we may need to cancel your pre-order in this manner.

COVID-19

The pandemic itself plus its effects such as shutdowns of cities in China, postponed transports and much more create problems for production and delivery, which means that neither we nor our suppliers can promise exact delivery dates. If you have pre -ordered an item, you can look at the product page for the latest delivery date. We try to update them a couple of times a month.
