Figuren är baserad på 10-årsjubileumsillustrationen "10th BRS inexhaustible" och föreställer Black Rock Shooter som står på toppen av Rock Cannon när den skjuter ner i marken med ett lysande blått ljus. Basen har en ljuskälla som fungerar som indirekt belysning för hela figuren. Det svaga skenet från de kristalliserade blå lågorna och hennes mekaniska vingar har troget förts till figurform.
