With a long pointed nose stretching out from above, a wide smile and round cheeks, he wears a striped shirt with a button on the chest, along with dark blue pants and thick brown shoes.
The exterior of his packaging sees Balloon Boy peeking over the edge of a table to stare at a pair of batteries,while the interior looks into a dark room with a checkered floor as old monitors are stacked in the background.
