Based on EARLY GOVERNOR, the new head includes newly sculpted accessories, including a fully enclosed combat helmet. Additionally, the head and upper body armor, previously made of PVC, have been replaced with PS material for easier painting and modification. The wrists remain PVC, allowing for flexibility while maintaining durability. The weapon holding hand has also been improved to enhance the display of weapons, including those from other Governor models.

The armor around the collar has been reworked into a more open design to improve neck movement, while the shapes of the Lightweight Blade and Gun Knife have been adjusted to fit the newly sculpted weapon holding hand. It’s important to note that no changes have been made to the weapons attached to the hand parts, maintaining their original design.
