From the classic anime franchise Mobile Police Patlabor, Schaft Enterprise's experimental prototype Labor Griffon equipped with Aqua Unit is coming to threezero's ROBO-DOU line!
ROBO-DOU Griffon is a 1/35th scale articulated figure standing approximately 24.9cm (9.8) tall including the backpack, made of ABS, PVC, POM, zinc alloy diecast, and fabric. The interior frame is made of Zinc alloy diecast, featuring approximately 60 points of articulation. To achieve the accurate silhouette of Griffon without restricting its movement, fabric material is used for the elbows, waist, pelvis, and knees. For enhanced authenticity, threezero's notable weathering effects are lightly added on each fabric.
Instead of a Flight Unit backpack, this ROBO-DOU Griffon Aqua Unit Version is equipped with a newly sculpted Aqua Unit backpack. The figure features the same beautiful finish as the standard Griffon, but with the circular details painted in metallic colors.
ROBO-DOU Griffon collectible figure includes many interactive features. The hatches on the chest and stomach can be opened to reveal cockpit inside. And the front of the cockpit can then be detached to reveal the cockpit seat where the unarticulated pilot figurine of Bud Renard Harchand (included) can be placed. The collar and the head of Griffon can also be lifted to reveal the pilot seated inside the cockpit.
The iconic large wings of Griffon have 4 points of articulations per wing, providing the wings with various posing possibilities. Even with the large backpack equipped, the figure retains its balance due to the weight of the zinc alloy diecast interior frame in the legs.
