Buggy's boarded the Youtooz ship to turn it into his new circus playground! Sitting lazily at 4.2 inches tall, he relaxes in a red, green and white circus chair with his leg casually thrown up on the armrest as his chin rests on a white-gloved hand. With a large red nose sitting at the center of his makeup-covered face, long blue hair spills out the sides of his orange pirate hat as he's dressed in an olive green coat with a furry trim, striped top, brown pants and dark buckled boots. The exterior of his packaging shows Buggy sitting on his throne in the middle of a circus. While the interior sees a vibrant blue crashing wave sending white sea foam skywards in front of a beautiful pale yellow background, this design then flows onto the protective sleeve where his figure can be seen through the large clear display window at its front. This collectible ships in a matte, embossed, protective outer sleeve and a custom-sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping.

Buggy har gått ombord på Youtooz-skeppet för att förvandla det till sin nya cirkuslekplats! Han sitter lat och 4,2 tum lång och slappnar av i en röd, grön och vit cirkusstol med benet nonchalant uppkastat på armstödet medan hakan vilar på en vithandskar hand. Med en stor röd näsa som sitter i mitten av hans sminkklädda ansikte rinner långt blått hår ut på sidorna av hans orangea pirathatt när han är klädd i en olivgrön kappa med en lurvig kant, randig topp, bruna byxor och mörka stövlar med spänne . Utsidan av hans förpackning visar Buggy sittande på sin tron mitt i en cirkus. Medan inredningen ser en pulserande blå våg som skickar vitt havsskum mot himlen framför en vacker blekgul bakgrund, flyter denna design sedan över på skyddshylsan där hans figur kan ses genom det stora tydliga skyltfönstret på dess framsida. Detta samlarobjekt levereras i en matt, präglad, skyddande yttre hylsa och ett specialformat plastskydd för maximalt skydd under frakt.
