Ediya Shop primarily uses Klarna Check-Out for your convenience. Your shopping experience will be a little easier as you get more choices considering how and when you would like to pay.

Get status by email

You will fist receive an order confirmation by e-mail, then another message when we have processed your order. If your order contains items with 1-2 weeks shipping, we will wait until all items arrive before sending the package.

As everyone knows, it can be a little bumpy during transport, so we pack all goods as securely as possible. We always try to process and ship all orders as quick as we are able to.

Feel free to double check that all the information in the confirmation is correct so that we can more easily ensure that the products reach you as they should. We will then send you a new email containing your shipment’s tracking ID when we have processed and sent your order. 

For orders with 1-2 weeks delivery

Please note that products marked 1-2 weeks are not stocked by us but are ordered at your request. Therefore, we only refund 80% of the item's value if you regret your purchase. This is because we must buy everything that we order from our suppliers and cannot send goods back for credit to them. In other words, think twice about whether you really want the blue-marked item or not.

In order not to make the prices of our products completely unreasonable, we have set it up so that we send for goods with 1-2 weeks delivery once a week, usually Monday mornings. This way, we can spare the environment and keep down the price of unnecessary shipping costs. We will continue to do this until any demand is high enough to increase the number of orders per week. But if you haven’t heard anything from us after two weeks, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will make sure that the order hasn’t gotten stuck somewhere along the way.

Shipping

We do our utmost to ship goods that are in stock or have just arrived from a supplier within a working day, but sometimes deliveries can take a little longer when large deliveries arrive.

The shipping fee is determined by the total weight of the order. Most packages are sent with DHL, but some special ones go through Postnord. The carrier automatically calculates which postal agent to ship to based on your postal code. We cannot change this through the shipping services we have today.

Dented product packaging? As all collectors know, a figurine's product box is almost sacred. Therefore, we do our utmost to ensure that the product is well packaged so that the product and its packaging are not damaged. Despite this, sometimes accidents occur. Complaints are valid if the product itself is broken, not just the packaging.

Package so badly beaten up during shipping that even the content is damaged? Contact us immediately by email [email protected], at the latest within 3 days, so that we can report this to the carrier. All packaging must be saved and photographed so that we have proof to submit to the shipping company.

The estimated time for in-stock shipments within Europe is 3-7 working days. When we have shipped your wares you will receive a track and trace link to follow the package's way to you. For orders containing items with 1-2 weeks estimated delivery time, you should expect them in around 2-3 weeks. Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. Norway and VOEC

From 2023-10-01 Ediya Shop is signed up for the Norwegian VOEC (VAT on e-commerce) system.  This means that Norwegian VAT (25%) will be added to the product price so you don't have to worry about import VAT and customs when the goods arrive in Norway.  Read more here.

14 days right of withdrawal

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. In that case, let us know at [email protected] that you want to return the item. If it is an item we have in stock, we will refund 100% of the item's value if the return takes place within that time, as long as the packaging is unbroken and the item and the carton are in unused condition. We are not responsible for shipping and return shipping. *Note that we do not accept returns if the product packaging has been opened. This is because collector's items lose their value if the seals have been broken. 

Gift cards are not refundable, nor are goods purchased on sale.

If it is a Pre-Order, a pre-order fee of 20% of the item's price is included. In other words, we only refund 80% of the total value of the item upon return within 14 days of receiving the item. This is to cover some of our costs of ordering the product for you. Read more about Pre-Orders here.

Warranty issues

We inspect all product boxes before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to correct the defect free of charge. You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent to [email protected] immediately after the defect has been discovered.

Note, however, that figures always have small colour variations from being mass-produced in factories, so we do not regard small colour deviations as a warranty issue. Please attach pictures of the defect when e-mailing us so that we can more easily decide whether it is a warranty issue or not.

Delivery Status and Labels on Products

At ediya-shop.se you will see many different delivery statuses for products that inform when a product should be ready for delivery among other things. Below you have explainations for what they mean.

In Stock – We ship items that are in stock within 1-2 working days. That is, as long as your order does not also contain goods with longer delivery time.



2 Weeks – Products labeled with 2 weeks are not stocked by us, but by one of our suppliers. After we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email to you with more information, and if you have no objections, we then order the product for you. Then it usually takes 10-20 working days until your package reaches your postal pick-up point. Please note that if you regret your purchase after we have ordered it for you, we will only refund 80% of the product's value. The remaining 20%  we retain as a service charge since we are not allowed to return the item to our supplier. 

If you have made a preorder for an item that now shows "2 Weeks", this means that the item has arrived at our supplier and that they have more in stock that new customers can order. At this time, your preorder is on its way to us.



PRE-ORDER – If an item is marked as preorder still, this means that the product has not yet reached our supplier. See the ETA (estimated arrival time) in the gray box on the product's page. The arrival time specifies the year and month when our supplier expects to have it in stock. More precise dates than that cannot be given as the deliveries come by boat and are difficult to predict when they show up due to long ques in the harbours. When the item is at the supplier, we will change delivery status to one of the other statuses.



4 for 3 – Just as it sounds: Buy 4 and get the cheapest of them for free. You can combine freely as long as the products have the tag 4 for 3. The discount is automatically deducted at checkout. These products are all in stock and are sent within 1-2 working days (ie as long as your order does not also contain goods with longer delivery time.



Sold Out – At present, the product is sold out and also not available from our suppliers. We also cannot answer when or if it will be available again. If you have preordered a product but see at a later date that it is labeled as a sold out, this means that the preorder time is over. This does not affect your order.



Other labels – At various events we may have other labels on products than the above. We will explain the meaning of the label in connection with the event.
