It is a small moment, a hobbit closing his gate, yet within it an adventure begins, and a humble heart turns toward the wide world beyond the comfort of home.
It's a fine thing, starting an adventure. Endless possibilities stretch out before you. There is a special kind of magic to it. It is that very magic that entices Bilbo from his warm and comfortable hobbit-hole, prompting him to take a leap of faith and step out into the wider world of Middle-earth. Sculptor Jorgelina Yeme has expertly captured that magical moment, preserving the turning point of Bilbo's journey in miniature form.
His attire, a tidy green waistcoat, auburn ascot, and sturdy brown trousers beneath a rich burgundy coat, speaks to the comfort and prosperity of life at Bag End.
